Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and on freight cost. Send us your item list and destination and we will advise the most practical order size.
How much will freight cost?
Freight depends on the gross weight or volume of your order, the destination and the mode of transport (air or sea). Contact us with these details and we will send you a freight rate.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed with each buyer when the order is confirmed. For international orders the usual methods are telegraphic transfer (TT) or letter of credit (LC), and our team will confirm the terms that apply to your order.
Which shipping terms do you work with?
That depends on your request. We can quote on the basis you prefer, such as FOB, and our freight team can also arrange the onward shipment to your destination.
Which countries do you export to?
We export to Canada, the US, Europe, the Middle East, the Maldives and the Far East, and our freight network covers more than 25 destinations worldwide.
What products do you export?
Perishable items such as fruits, vegetables and king coconut, as well as rice, foodstuff, spices, essential oils, fruit pulps, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, bakery products, garments, household goods and kitchen equipment. What accreditations and licences does Sky Regent hold?
Sky Regent is IATA / FIATA accredited (No. SKY/72314), holds customs licence CHA 4041, and is registered under company number PV 72314. If your market needs specific quality or food-safety documents, tell us the requirement and our team will confirm what we can provide.
How much can you supply?
Supply depends on the product and the season. Tell us the quantities you need and how often, and we will confirm availability and a shipping schedule.
Do you handle customs and documentation?
Yes. Our team manages bookings, export documentation, customs clearance and authority liaison in-house, so you do not need to coordinate them separately.
Can you also ship goods that are not your own products?
Yes. Sky Regent is a full freight forwarding, logistics and clearing company, so we can move your cargo too, by air, sea or land.
